    Interview Details

    Interesting. The interviewers actually gave me a quiz to test my knowledge of FDA regulations and TUV audit regulations. They sent in a quality compliance manger to demonstrate how audits would occur and gave me situations to solve for the audits. I believe it was the most tedious interview I have ever been too. I do not think that much information is even relevant to the job.

    It fully depends on the location where the applicant is being recruited.
    In general it looks like the following: selection of resume or CV - if successfully passed, then receive a call or e-mail inviting for interview with Human Resources representative - if successful, then receive a call or e-mail inviting for interview with the line manager - if successful, then receive a call or e-mail inviting for interview with the next level manager.

    Interview Details

    Was initially called by HR for a phone interview to acess resume skills. Was then invited to a 5 hour interview with 4 panel members and hiring manager to acess behavioural questions and more specific experience questions. Was a long process but provided a lot of insight into bayer. All the panel had the same questions.
