Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
After responding to an online job posting to automate electronic health records, I received a request for an interview by phone. The interview thoroughly reviewed all aspects of my experience as laid out in my resume, focusing naturally on aspects of project management and methodology. In the end, the limiting factor was a lack of healthcare experience, although it was not as pertinent to the job functions as was the project management experience.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 6 days)
The interview consisted of a basic phone screen/interview, along with a department manager interview which was 1:1. They really ask you about clinical experience, weakness/strengths, and long-term goals. You will also get a chance to speak with other department workers during the in-person interview. They are looking for somebody who will be punctual, who is dedicated and who can follow the company mission.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Dallas, TX (took 1 week)
I submitted my application online and was called just 10 minutes later to set up a phone interview for the next day. She asked several screening questions and then situational questions. She wanted to submit me for two positions instead of the one I submitted for, which is fine by me. She called 45 minutes later to say one department already got back to her and wants to schedule an interview, which was set a week out. I went on that interview where I met with four people whom were very friendly and put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and very capable of providing excellent work for them. They said they had only interviewed one other person and were not expecting to interview more. I felt encouraged. The next business day I received a rejection email. I can't even begin to figure out why. I wrote back to the recruiter and asked if she would provide some feedback for my personal development, but I have not been extended the courtesy of a response.
