Interview Details – I had one interview and was immediately offered the position. They are very direct with their questions and respond well if you use $, %, corporate lingo and #'s. Basic behavioral interviewing technique. I felt like they were looking for energetic, outgoing, to the point but person centered response, someone they could count on all the time to follow store policy and culture to the max but in a friendly, approachable, team work kind of way.
Interview Question – What drew you to Bed Bath & Beyond? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was young. I didn't know about negotiation tactics.
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 3 days.
