Interview Details – Three interviews for a new position that was to oversee the addition of Wine & Beer to their stores after they purchased World Plus Market. The opportunity provided plenty of potential growth. With over a decade of experience, they wanted to hire three part-timers instead of a manager and one other assistant.
Interview Question – Are you ok climbing a twenty five foot ladder and stocking overhead shelf's? View Answer
Reason for Declining – presented a offer of part-time to avoid benefit costs and or they didnt interview well enough and couldn't grasp which candidate was the right choice. So they offered all three a part-time job.
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 1 week.
