Interview Details – it's relativity simple. Not complicated or arduous. First your interviewed by the floor manager, and then the director of the store. After which, you are either given the job or you are not. They conduct a background check, but it doesn't immediately effect your employment, because it takes a while.

Negotiation Details – they asked of me my salary requirements, I told them, and they low-balled me, but I took the job anyway.
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 4 days.
