Three hour interview with the Executive Team and no follow up on there end. This lack of communicaiton and follow up implies they don't appreciate or respect anyone's time but their own. I recommend they get back to interviewees with status, good or bad, so they aren't wasting anyone's time.

I was interviewed by my potential boss and his boss. It was a pretty simple interview. Mostly they were looking to see how people over come challenges, how well their personality fits with the company culture, and how they handle stress. Typical for an entry level position.
