Interview Question for Management Training Program (MTP) at Sherwin-Williams:

In group setting it difficult because every individual has their own way of how they believe a task or project should be complete. For me the task at hand is to find the middle ground where we can meet in the middle to complete the goal at hand. It is difficult for me to not be in control of situations. But by coming to a common ground we can pull from each other’s strengths and take sections of a goal to complete the project.
