Being successful in the Assessment Centre is not enough. Displaying the same confidence in the pressure of a final interview is necessary. One question that is asked is to describe examples of when you have been in a leadership position, which can be quite difficult to answer when you are under 25 and have not played a leadership role in sport.

Best thing you can do is think long and hard about where you have displayed leadership ability and structure your scenario well, particularly focussing on decisions and the analysis of risk and reward. Only if you are confident of your ability and record in a leadership situation are you able to succeed at the interview hurdle.
