Interviewed Aug 2009 in Gainesville, FL (took 5 days)
Everyone that I talked to was really nice and very welcoming. The interview went smooth and it was easy to answer the questions. I applied for either a full-time or part-time positon. The problem I had with this interview is that I was told they only had a part-time position available, which was fine by me. However, one of the managers who interviewed me was very intimidating and kept asking me what assurance I could give them that I wasn't going to leave in two months because they were trying to cut down on employee turnover. This seemed really unnecessary to me for a part-time postion.

Negotiation Details
In the end I was hired for a full-time postion. So my advice would be keep an open mind about full-time or part-time and it might turn out in your favor.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Greenville, SC (took 2 days)
I was interviewed by human resources and the department manager. I was offered part time that could become
full time,as that was all they were offering. I was promised 35 hours, and that it would be more at Christmas.
I then had to sit through a very grueling 5 days worth of computer job training, sitting in the basement in a room with computers and headsets.

Negotiation Details
What they 'offered' and what really happened were not the same. I was told I would get atleast 30 hours a week, the schedule changed every week, and some weeks they only gave me 16 hours.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
