Interviewed Jun 2011 in Douglasville, GA (took 4 days)
I applied one day, got a call back the next, and set up an interview for the day after that. It was a very fast process. I go back for processing in a few days. The interview was very easy. They asked basic interview questions like "Why do you want to work for Belk?" and "Describe a time where you had to face a difficult customer". The lady that interviewed me was very nice and personable. I got the job on the spot. I can't wait to start.

I wasn't able to negotiate. It was above minimum wage and that was good enough for me.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
