I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Initial call with HR, then a phone interview with a Director.
Then an assignment on a new accessory - pick one and why would you launch.
Pending that, then there's the second round of interviews - meet with the team and some other people - about 5-6 people in total.

I received a telephone call about a month after applying for the position and was called in for an interview. HR was direct and easy to communicate with. I interviewed with 3 staff members all within the line of business the position is to be involved with. The interview was a 1:1 type of interview. Each lasting about half an hour to 45 minutes.

I had a phone interview with HR on the Business Development position. She asked about my background, work experience and several basic questions, like introduce yourself, why do you apply for this position, how do you know our company, what's your work content in your previous experience, what's your ideal position and so on. It took about 30 mins. Not hard but be prepared!

The interview process showed Belkin really doesn’t know what they where doing. I was scheduled to meet 1-on-1 with about 6 people for 30 minutes each. One was out traveling, luckily the person who was scheduled directly before him knew that and called his cell…he then phone interviewed me while driving (having never seen my resume before). After his 30 minutes, he hung up and I was left alone in a room for 10 minutes. I finally decided to use their automated phone directory and called my HR contact; she didn’t answer. I then called the person scheduled to meet with me at that time…again, no answer…I played this game for another 5 minutes and finally got HR. My interview showed up with 10 minutes left of our allotted time. Another individual was out and was not able to be contacted so they scrambled to find someone to speak with during that time. Obviously, at this point, I decided that I did not want the job.
