Interviewed Apr 2009 in Compton, CA (took a day)

The interview process showed Belkin really doesn’t know what they where doing. I was scheduled to meet 1-on-1 with about 6 people for 30 minutes each. One was out traveling, luckily the person who was scheduled directly before him knew that and called his cell…he then phone interviewed me while driving (having never seen my resume before). After his 30 minutes, he hung up and I was left alone in a room for 10 minutes. I finally decided to use their automated phone directory and called my HR contact; she didn’t answer. I then called the person scheduled to meet with me at that time…again, no answer…I played this game for another 5 minutes and finally got HR. My interview showed up with 10 minutes left of our allotted time. Another individual was out and was not able to be contacted so they scrambled to find someone to speak with during that time. Obviously, at this point, I decided that I did not want the job.
