Interview Details –
Employee Referral based opportunity. Listed below are the steps in the process:
- Met with the hiring Manager and was asked about prior experience and knowledge of systems and learning aptitude. In addition was explained the role at a high level
- Met Director
- Received an offer
- Negotiated the offer
- Obtained revised offer and Accepted
Interview Question – Give an example from prior experiences of dealing with a difficult situation. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I highlighted my credentials and the importance of making a committment to the organization and eventually obtained a revised acceptable offer (FYI...I was told this was very uncommon to get a revised offer from the hiring manager)
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 7+ weeks.
