Pretty casual. We just sat down and chatted. My initial contact was through the co-op program at my school. They were really interested in seeing how i'd mesh with the rest of the group.

very short. pay was fair for a co-op position so there wasn't much haggling.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.
