Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
I applied through the universities career center during the application period, and was contacted by a Bell HR representative to schedule and interview once the application period had closed. The actual interview was very smooth, open, and friendly. It was an exceptional experience that made me extremely comfortable, and really set a positive mood that was very encouraging. The interview maintained a serious note, but at times the mood was lightened with laughter and casual conversation. The interviewer was also straight forward with his questions which where behavioral, and allowed me to do most of the talking; He also encouraged me to ask questions as well during the process. Overall it was an excellent experience that really allowed me and the interviewer to connect, and allowed me plenty of latitude to sell myself.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation, just the extension of an offer with 1 week to review and respond. The offer was quite generous for a new college graduate, so I saw no need to push for negotiations.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Background Check, a Drug Test and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Amarillo, TX (took 4+ weeks)
Scripted. Structured. Rigid. I did not feel like interviewers really wanted me. I felt like part of a process that they were not excited about. 10minute 1 on 1 interview was behavior in format. "describe a time in which you broke the rules for the desired end result" " tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss.....ok what did you do......how did that turn out......what would you do differently?"

Negotiation Details
no ability to negotiate on any term of employment. benefits are same for all. time off is same for all. there is a payscale and you rate what you rate. take it or leave it. 24 hours to decide yes or no and if you are trying to negotiate they will take your offer of the table in 24 hours. if you are presently unemployed or new out of college you are likely to take offer for fear of no job in this struggling economy. take it or leave and dont call our bluff was the general attitude
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Background Check, a Drug Test, a 1:1 Interview and a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
Interview process was pretty helpful which let you build some basic knowlwdge of what challenges you are going to face when you accept the position and also provided what visions that supervisor has in mind.
The entire hiring process took couple of weeks but pretty smooth.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Hurst, TX (took 6+ weeks)
After submitting my resume online, I received a request to complete their job application. The application was long, detailed, and required attachments due to limitations in the software. I received a call from HR who scheduled the face-to-face interview. The HR rep did not have any additional information about the job or responsibilities, so interview prep was challenging.
I interviewed with two people: supervisor and peer. They asked technically specific questions as well as behavioral.
It has been almost a month since I interviewed and I have not heard anything (despite repeated follow-up).

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Hurst, TX (took 5 weeks)
My interview was held two months after applying online. It was difficult to get in touch with HR to check on my status, just like any other corporation. I was offered the position five weeks later.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Hurst, TX (took a day)
It went pretty good. He didn't ask any of the "main" interview questions that one gets prepared for. He also did not ask me enough questions. He asked me about small things on my resume which I did not think had anything to do with the job. Then we had a long walk back to the front desk which was awkward. Then I asked him for his business card to follow up with him and he said he didn't have one.
