I was called in for an interview and was offered a job pending the drug test and background check. after that vame back i started a week later for paid training. the training was 1 week long classroom book learning and hands-on training. at the end each person is required to pass an exam of 80 questions, no more than 3 can be answered wrong.

I was recruited by phone, then took a Skills test. An interview was scheduled (wonderful experience), a drug test was scheduled, then I was offered a slot in the Training Class.

Basically you fill out the application at the Schrock Rd. location and if you can wait around after finishing your application they will administer your spelling test, typing test, and a computer skills assesment. If you meet their requirements you can then wait for an interview. The interview was Q&A about your application. Explaining the nature of your work history and answering stock questions. You were then put on the phone and made to do a mock sales call. After the call you then did a face to face sales pitch.
If you are worthy of hire you will be given a urine and background check. If you pass that you will then be offered a job.
