Interviewed Nov 2010 in Neenah, WI (took 2 weeks)
First interview was with HR and one engineer. They contacted me for a second interview two weeks after intervie. I then interviewed on site with 5 people at seperate times one after another. I heard back from them within 2 weeks after interview.

Interviewed with 1 HR rep and 1 engineer. Both were friendly, easy to talk to, and had great things to say about the company.
It turned into more of a discussion that was led by questions they asked me. They asked situational questions, like "how would you handle ____?" as well as about my personal experiences. No off the wall questions; most were your typical interview questions.
It took over a month to hear back from them.
