Applied by contacting the would be manager directly after doing some research. They seemed disorganized. Interview with three people including a VP -- asked me to prepare and do a presentation last minute. Gave me a gift. Told me I was a final candidate. Then get this -- NEVER called. NEVER replied to any of my two e-mails. They've been around for a while.. so to me I'm writing this company off. Completely unprofessional...

Company contacted me via phone and scheduled an interview the very next day. Arrived at department store and proceeded with interview with business director of cosmetics line and counter manager employed by department store. Interview took no longer than 1 hour.

i was disappointed with this company after spending four hours at the location interviewing and getting a generic e-mail that i hadn't been hired rather than a personal e-mail or phone call. the interview process was drawn out and i was lead to believe that it was going positive. i understand decisions are hard to make for whose the right person in this economy...it just seems unfair that i spent at least an hour of my time bringing several leads and quite a few sales to the counter while role playing and not getting anything in return. not even a considerate thank you phone call.....
