Instructional Designer Interview

Anonymous Employee
New York, NY

I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at Benjamin Moore in October 2010.

Interview Details – I thought it was reasonable and fair. I had already come pre-screened by the recruiter. I met with the person I would be technically reporting to and the person who would be supervising my work. They both took pains to make me feel comfortable which made the interview go easier. This gave both sides the opportunity to get the information they really needed.

Interview Question – If you had to pick one thing, what would you say is your most valuable and developed skill relevant to this position?   Answer Question
