This was the only part of this company that actually worked for me. I was very pleased with how they went about hiring their employees. The interview was very professional as well as the person conducting the interview. I was very impressed with this company based on their interview process.

Negotiation Details
There was a set starting pay, if that did not work, then the job was not for you. However, I did get a raise at the end of my probationary period.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
