The interview was very elaborate and the person interviewing was very knowledgable. Well one of them was and the other was just asking some random questions. The way it was conducted looked very positive and challenging.

Negotiation Details
The negotiation was bad as they do their best to exploit you. No two people of the same cader are paid the same. Most of the freshers are paid higher than their seniors.

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

The interview process began with a general presentation abt the company... then the aptitude test was conducted... The usual aptitude questions, reasoning, verbal and data interpretation... about 30% of the students were selected... the next round was Group discussion... 25% from the rest were selected to the next round... next was the psychometric test which was a non-eliminative test to be used later in the process... next round was the personal interview (both technical and HR) with a panel of two people... about 60% from the rest were shortlisted... The next round was the Senior Management interview... the VP of the company conducted the 1:1 interview... finally 7 students were selected from an initial of 300... I unfortunately got eliminated in the last round... but the overall process was a very methodical and gained a lot of experience... Do some ground work on the current currency trends, abt the company and what it does... that should get you through...

The interview process had three sections. The first was a an aptitude test followed by group/panel discussion. Candidates who could make it through these initial screenings were called for personal interview with two sections in it namely technical & HR.

Beroe is a nice place to learn especially for freshers. If one is looking from a short term career perspective, Beroe can provide interesting platform to gather skills. Interview for beroe is not unique, normal apti, gk, english would do. Once you get inside beroe concentrate on learning rather than getting involved in rumours.

All candidates were subjected to an Aptitude test. This was followed by GDs. Candidates who cleared both these levels were called for two levels of HR interviews.
