The manger took me to the back room, asked me 10 questions, nothing too difficult. He wrote down the answers to my questions. It was a pretty laid back interview, it didn't feel like an interrogation or anything. I brought him a copy of my resume, and also he made me fill out an application.

The interview was a personal interview, that evaluated the your desire to work for best buy and your willingness to be part of their team. Very little emphasis was placed on actual product knowledge but more your fit to the organization.
If you really want to work at Best Buy be prepared do whatever they ask, even if its running around the store with a football helmet on ?.
