Interview Details – They tend to only hire for Rep II s' from within. Make sure you know the stores quarterly results. Make sure your manager has something nice to say unless you moving out of state, because all best buy managers know each other.

Interview Details – Initial application online consists on lifestyle questions and scenarios. Once you pass they call you for an interview. You have 3 interviews for your position, 1. Phone interview, 2. Manager interview, 3. GM interview.
Interview Question – Nothing you wouldnt expect in retail jobs. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Not any negotiation process, next step was drug test.

Interview Details – Hiring process was long but easy. Required a drug test which took about a month for official confirmation. Took 3 interviews and on the last interview you speak with the general manager of the store. The last interview is when you find out how much the general manager is willing to pay you.
Interview Question – Which department would you like to work in. If we didn't have that department available which other 2 departments would you be wiling to work in. Answer Question

Interview Details – I was an internal candidate who applied to become a Best Buy Mobile Manager. Internal Best Buy leadership interviews are extremely dependent on you knowing your business. Most questions involve the manager asking you questions about your current financial results. It is extremely important that you know your numbers cold. Many follow up questions revolving around why your numbers are where they are and what you have done to influence them.
Interview Question – Nothing was asked that I did not expect. Just needed to memorize pages of drill down reports about my business. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The raise that was offered was fair but it was not negotiable. The offer was essentially take it or leave it.

Interview Details – 3 interviews first was a scripted one with questions from a sheet of paper with one of the senior manager. Second interview was with my future direct manager..who asked me some soft technical questions...and the third was with the GM who asked me some behaviorial questions...

Interview Details – You apply online, You get a call from someone working there. You go in for interview with a supervisor and they ask you pretty much "name a time when..." etc. questions. You do good on that and get an interview with the GM. He asks you strengths, weaknesses, what if you saw someone stealing. After that you're hired.
Interview Question – I wasn't able to start working because I'm leaving for college in 5 months and they wouldn't transfer me. Answer Question
