Interview Details – Employer called promptly after the application was submitted (next-day) and initiated a brief over-the-phone interview before requesting an on-site interview. Interviewers were very awkward and occasionally difficult to understand, first interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Very quickly contacted again to schedule a 2nd interview with the GM. Very easygoing, simple and quick.
Interview Question – "Have you ever experienced racism in the workplace?" Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They offered a considerably higher salary than I had requested, and hired on-the-spot.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 1+ week.
