Interview Details – Applying online begins the process. There's an online test that begins weeding out personalities that don't fit into a predefined category. If you pass, you'll receive a follow up phone call (how long depends on how desperate they are for workers). After that there's a short meeting with an Assistant manager (sometimes you can be hired directly from this interview). And finally you'll meet with the store manager. If offered the job you will be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

This process varies depending on what time of the year it is. If its near the fall holidays, expect the process to be very quick.
