Interview Details – First of all the tour is part of the interview, Ask question, smile and say hi to the teammates. If you see trash pick it up. The formal interview will be with two operation managers then with a GM and HR manager. They will ask the same questions. Your answers will be compared
Interview Question – The tour is the only unexpected part, you are not told it is part of the interview. Try to engage the employees, ask about what they do. Smile and say hi to everyone - from Janitor to GM. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – they gave me what I asked... no negotiation
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 days.
