I applied online and a few days later I did a quick phone interview to set up a one on one interview in the evening for a few days later.
I dressed business attire, and had a copy of my resume that was requested I bring for the first interview.
I had to wait about an hour for my interview while I people watched in the store.
The interviewer was really great. He made me feel comfortable but asked me a lot of questions. He gave me a lot of time to answer them and listened to everything I said.
I was called about 15 minutes later to confirm an interview with the GM for the next day.

I did not negotiate salary during the 1st one on one interview, however, you can negotiate that with the GM.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Personality Test.
