Best Buy Customer Service Representative Interview

I hate those tests! I wasn't taught those kind of tests back when I was in high school (we were taught the paper way, which I mourn for). I kept failing that test for so many years, thinking that the company wasn't hiring or there's too many other applicants, and not knowing that I was the one who was failing that stupid test. I casually mention to people that I'm struggling to find and apply for a job for a very VERY long time and that it's that dumb test is what is preventing me from getting interviews. Most people refused to tell me because it's company policy, and some hinted. One laddy at Hollywood Video told me to answer the test with your answers being on the "Strongly" sides, and answer based on what THEY want to hear, not what you really are. Well I took that suggestion, and I guess I didn't make it that way either. Last May (2010) I casually looked on eBay curious if the Best Buy blue shirts are for sale (I got one), and I talked to the seller about what it takes to get the job at Best Buy, I applied, a week later I got my first of four Best Buy interviews, a month later I got calls from Target, Sears, other Best Buys, Jewel Osco. Finally, I got the hang of it, but how much valuable time of my life I lost just trying to figuring out a test that I wasn't explained to because I was brought up on the pen-paper way? I hate those tests and I hope some day they dump them, realizing that the old fationed way was better and easier.
