Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 3 days)
I applied online on a Tuesday, they called me back the next day, then I had 2 interviews the next day, one with the mobile manager, and one with the csm, then I went and took a drug test and got hired in the following week. It did take them a month to run my background check for some reason, so I didn't officially start until about a month after I was technically offered the position.

If you went back in time to the 1800's, how would you describe a cell phone and what it does?
Tell us about a time when someone you worked with did something unethical and what you did about it.
Tell us about a time you went above and beyond at a job to help a customer.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took 2 weeks)
I applied online and went in on September 30th for an interview with the mobile sales manager. He asked pretty basic questions like describe yourself and what do you want to go into. He described the company and he also described himself. My interview process in on-going and i have my final interview with the General Manager tomorrow. Hopefully I get the job. I will let everyone know how it goes and what exactly they ask me. My best advice for you is though, if you really want the job, you need to bug them. Don't expect them to take the initiative because they get so many applications. If you want them to consider you then call in or better yet, go in on a day that you know the hiring manager is there (you can find out by calling and asking) and ask to speak to her when you get into the store. If he/she is free then ask them to take a look at your application. This is what I did and it worked for me seeing as I had applied 3 times before and had never gotten a call back. Good Luck everyone.
