Interview Details – Called for first phone interview. Standard questions, availability, ect... Set up second interview on the phone. That was with a hiring manager, again, basic questions. They ask a a lot about your previous work experience and how you problem solved. If they like you, they call you within 48 hours for a third interview with the GM. He/she talks to you about Best Buy a little bit and then asks more standard questions. The GM interview seemed to be shorter than the 2nd one. Offered me the job on the spot.

I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Best Buy in August 2013.
Interview Details – Applied online, received a thank you email roughly 24hrs later. About two days later I received a call to schedule an interview. They had preselected the slot, however they were willing to reschedule. When I arrived for the interview I was asked to sit down and wait in an empty hall that lead to the bathrooms and a few doors marked as offices. When I was called in, I was sat in a somewhat busy conference room, which was a little distracting. During the interview we blew over the basic stuff like transportation and criminal records. Then we spoke about past experiences. Finally we got to the planned interview questions. There were 5, generic questions, with a scale of "weak to strong" on them. After that she put the pad down and asked if I had any questions.
Interview Question – What is the hardest team you have worked with and why was it hard? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Apparently because the online application is worded so generally, I was applying for the wrong position. I was expecting to be somewhere on the sales floor. Sales Support Associates are in the back room and organize shelves.

I applied online and took the personality test. You want to make sure that you "Strongly Agree" or "Strongly Disagree" on these questions (or at least the majority of them.)
I got a call two days later for a phone interview, the HR will ask you simple questions that you should be able to answer if you have some Customer Service experience and common sense. You have to ask them questions as well. Once the phone interview is over, you should be asked to a second interview on the spot. I would watch out for anything like "We'll call you back."
The second interview was about five days later with the manager of the department. You don't have to wear a suit but wear a nice shirt with a tie. There may be another guy with the manager, you'll want give them both equal attention. The questions are like "What is a time where you were successful at something." Answer their questions the best you can and make sure to ask them questions as well (even if they don't ask "Do you have any questions for me/us?".) I did not get a third interview offer on the spot. I was called in for the third interview.
The third interview was a week and a half later and should be similar to the second interview but with the GM. The questions will be like "What would you do if you saw a customer/employee stealing." Please make sure to ask questions, I know I keep repeating this but it's important that you ask questions. If everything goes well, you should get the job on the spot and he will tell you the wages.
You will take a drug test, once you pass, you should get a call from the HR that everything went well.
Good luck to you all.
