Interviewed Aug 2009 in Diberville, MS (took 3 days)

A new store is opening in my area so I applied online, 2 days later I recieved a call to come to a meet and greet interview the next day. There were 15 people there all applying for various positions, we all sat together in the same room with 4 managers and each one asked several questions and everyone had to answer. At the end of this meeting a manager says if you are picked then you will receive a call by the end of the day to come for a second interview. I got my call 45 minutes after I left. I went in for a second interview 2 days later and was asked to come for a third with GM 2 days after that.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I met a lot of nice people during my interview process. I received the call and had an interview within a week of posting my application. I had 3 interviews in 1 day, which took about an hour total. Everyone seemed like they were a big family and had a lot of fun.
