So, I was taken to a room. The assistant supervisor spoke to me one on one, and asked me questions about the company. She really liked my responses, and was really flattered that I took my time to do homework and do some research on the company. Later, she asked me "what if" questions, such as difficult situations that may occur while at work. She could tell I was nervous, but that didn't hold her back from inviting me to the 3rd interview with the GM. I'm still waiting for their call. It's been 10 days. I've called them almost every day! It's pretty funny how the girls that pick up the phone seem annoyed by me now. Yesterday I got the thumbs up that I'm definitely on the list to get called in for the 3rd interview :)

I have worked for 2 separate Best Buys and both seemed to basically be interested mostly in your personality rather than your sales abilities. Sales can be learned, personality is much harder to change. The interview was the department supervisor and was very conversational with your typical interview questions and a few situational questions.

I was able to negotiate my pay for the time I was re-hired. I had to prove that I deserved to be paid the hourly wage I was paid in the position I was promoted to during my first employment with Best Buy.
