Interview Details – If you can fog a mirror, they will give you a chance.
They have a lot of turnover in the lab...like 99% a year?
Should be a clue about the lab management's capabilities in managing people.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I can see how unions get a foot in the door of non-union plants. This place needs a union.

There are no rules, no respect with regard to scheduling--1st shift 8 hour days this week, 3rd shnift 12 hour days next week..oh we forgot to tell you but you were supposed to just KNOW that we changed your shift on friday afternoon to second shift 12 hours??? What in the world is their problem???

Interview Details – I enjoyed the interviewing process. I already posted a reviewing detailing how much I enjoyed working there so obviously the interview process went well.

Interview Question – There was a very conversational tone to my interview where they really seemed interested in my family and learning more about me on a personally level than just the normal questions.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Very easy. I was happy with the result.
