Interview Details – A friend of mine actually went and physically picked up an application for me to fill out. We grabbed lunch and filled the applications out. Took maybe 15 mins, just your typical, run of the mill job application. Afterwards we went in together and dropped the applications off. I got a call a few days latter, maybe 3 days? I was asked to come in for an interview. I had the interview with the general manager in the office. Again pretty general interview process. I was called back the same day and offered the position.
Interview Question – The general manager seemed pretty interested if I had applied for any other jobs and how that was going. It seemed that I must have been a good candidate and they didn't want to lose the chance to offer me the position. Hence calling me a few hours after the interview. View Answer

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Fargo, ND – Reviewed Feb 1, 2013
Interview Details – For me, getting this position was incredibly easy, because it is not an easy position to fill. The property had just opened, and my friend was the full-time night auditor. When the part-time person quit, I applied, and my friend informed management that I would be a wise choice because I'm a night person, reliable, capable, and a fast learner. Getting to the full-time position was as simple as saying "Yes" when the previous person said he was leaving.
Interview Question – I don't know how to answer this question, because I've never had any difficult questions for any job other than one IT support position. Answer Question

Interview Details – Walked in, filled out the application and turned it in along with my resume, talked to the manager, and told me to come in for an interview the next day. I came in for the interview, and he wanted to interview me with the General Manager at the same time instead of going in two separate times for a second interview.
Interview Question – What would you do if it's late at night, 11pm, when you're about to leave for work and a guest complains his room is dirty, you give him another room, and that room is still dirty. What would you do? View Answer
