I and another friend were referred by an employee and scheduled an interview with the manager. We interviewed with him and the next day offered the job via telephone.

They have a very high turnover and go through periods of being short staffed so tend to hire impulsively. I set up the interview with the Manager but actually interviewed with the Assistant Manager and HK Manager. Chatted for about 20 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot to start the next day.
It really wasn't much of an interview but more along the lines of going over the job description.

The pay here sucks and if you are looking for a company you can advance in this is not the place for you. It is very rare for a front desk employee or housekeeping to reach $9.00

I was interviewed by The Guest Service Manager, General Manager and the Owner. They didnt ask much, just told me what I would be doing. They were impressed with my resume, so they already basically made their decision.

Had to come back a few times and speak to a few people. The Owner did most of the talking about what he was looking for, Then had to meet with his Regional Manager. Again, they did most of the talking.

Received a phone call from human resources. Asked a couple questions regarding background in customer care and was asked to interview at their corporate headquarters. Second interview at corporate headquarters was with a group of three people. Went through a mock call for sales reservations in front of the call. Then proceeded to listen live to some calls, and was offered a job privately.
