Interview Details – I first met with HR. She talked about the unit and went over benefits as well as pay. I was able to negotiate a little there. After that she asked me some questions: regarding my personality and work experience. Then I went over to the unit to meet with the manager. I was again interviewed by her and another nursing staff. Then walked around unit and then went returned to HR. There we had a quick touch base and made plans for the next step in the hiring process.

Tell me about a time...After a week I was schedule to meet with 4 managers on one-on-one sessions. Again, very basic about previous experience and how it could relate to the position. Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Boston, MA Jun 2010 – Reviewed May 9, 2011
Interview Details – I interviewed with five different people for one hour each. The departments I met with were proffesional. The human resources person I worked with was very dissapointing. She knew nothing about research, insulted me at the interview, and then insulted me when she offered me the job. I know other representatives of the human resources department who are excellent, but this one person is unproffesional and gives the company a bad reputation.
