Good benefits, paid training, a lot of travel. This company is for juniors that try to get experience. But definitly not a good place when you have family to take care of.

The HR team is good. There are total 3 rounds of Interview. First was technical round with an relative easy set of question. The second was a HR round which is more of carefree and there were rarely any question about. However the negative experience goes with the Head of the Department. First this guy considers self as God which he does not understand he is not. Secondly the interview was not at all practical and insulting. And on the third note, this interview was personally demotivating.

On the other hand the Head should understand that not all answer are vague. There is a reason to each question and answers are based on experience and not always what one wants to hear.

    Reasons for Declining

It was more of an insult than an interview. I left it midway as I cannot work with a person who does not understand sentiments of prospective employee. And terms CCIE can be achieved in 4 lakes and describing such a precious degree as fake for which people take months to clear. It is better not to work for a company that considers CCIE fake than hardworking and good networkers. It was a pure waste of time and insult.

I applied through college or university. The process took a dayinterviewed at Bharti Airtel in September 2014.

    Interview Details

The aptitude consisted of 20 questions to e answered in 10 mins. You need to be fast enough to solve those. further they asked oral question of which answers needed to be written on the same sheet. 20 people were shortlisted for further rounds. Next was GD on general topics but the time given to discuss is very less comparatively. Make sure you say something sensible in those few chances you get among 10 students. Later the interview was technical in which 6 people were taken through and after interview only 1 was selected. The interview was entirely technical for me asking everything from electro-magnetics to digital communication to network analysis. The entire process was done in 4 hours time.
    All the best.

Process consisted of three rounds. 1. First was written aptitude and reasoning test. 25 questions and 10 minutes were given. Questions were of good level , so solid practice and some guesswork would do. 2. Next was a group discussion round. Topic given was at random (Shinchan vs Mickey mouse) and to do well in that round you have to participate well in discussion. 3. Last and final round was technical and hr interview side by side. Basic communications related questions were asked.
