Interviewed Aug 2011 in Lubbock, TX (took a day)
I applied online and got called about a week later. The interview process was smooth and pretty easy going. I got interviewed by 3 managers. They asked basic interview questions so just be prepared. It is not a hard interview process.

Interviewed and No Offer

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
Called in twice to meet with Department. Then, while waiting for offer, was called and ask (again) about my salary requirements. Was advised that I was "taking a haircut" on the money. Was then told I would be notified regardless as to whether I got the job. Two weeks later, I e-mail them about the status of the position. I then get an awkward and unprofessional call from their HR Department telling me "No".

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Fort Worth, TX (took 3 weeks)
Applied online and received a call from HR approximately 2-3 weeks later. Had phone screen with HR - easy questions (what do you know about BBU? Why do you want to work here? Comfortable with moving?).
Subsequently interviewed with hiring manager (few days later) - another easy interview (Tell me about your skill set? Comfortable with moving? Why do you want to leave?)
Finally flew out to plant location and met with Plant Manager and Hiring Manager. People were very friendly and seemed down-to-earth. Very easy, open-ended questions throughout the interviewing process. All about fit - no behavioral.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Offer was pretty good but had to be improved in two areas. The company not only refused to make these changes, they responded by stating that they had rescinded the initial offer. No effort was made towards establishing a middle ground.
Despite having a favorable interviewing experience with Bimbo Bakeries, I could not see myself recommending a company that responds to counteroffers with what seem to be personal, rather than professional, reactions. I rank the overall interview experience as neutral (Negative with respect to the offer and positive with respect to the interview sessions).

Interviewed May 2009 in Bentonville, AR (took 2 weeks)
This is a great company - very friendly. I was recruited through a career fair. I interviewed for a different position but the offer was rescinded because of changes in the department's budget. Afterward, they decided they wanted me for a different position so they flew me to interview in Arkansas. The interview consisted of 2 interviews with sales managers and 1 interview with the VP. All were behavioral and fit based.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The position was not a good fit for me and I didn't want to live in Arkansas.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
