The company found my application online. The temp agency called me and interviewed me on the phone. I was emailed all kinds of assessment tests. I had a one on one interview and was offered the job. I took it.

Negotiation Details
The pay was ok. The hours were great. There was no bonus. I started the following Monday. It was a quick process. As soon as I got the job, I updated my resume and started job hunting again. No job security in America. You have no choice but to always go job hunting even when you are employed.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
