They shortlisted my CV and given the time for telephonic interview. I have cleared the telephonic interview and then they called me for Personal one o one interview. I have cleared that interview and also and then they discussed with me about compensation.

The written test consisted mainly of Java. The GD was based on social topics. The interview was easy and was mainly based upon the technical skills and the way you give answers(basically communication skills).

Hiring process was good. Got a call from the HR department regarding a vacancy with the company and was told to come on a specific day for interview. Reached the venue on the given date and time and was interviewed first on the skills by peers and then by the managers.

firstly there was a written test consisting of 5 sections(verbal,logical,quant,programming skills,software concepts).on the basis of written candidates were shortlistes for GD,further elimination took place n finally 120 out of 1500 were selected for interview.interview was HR and technical.finally 54 were selected

Negotiation is key thing here. It's a must to focus here. The amount of emphasis for lowering your expectation will be there when you are negotiating. So, keeping the Line clear is required for the candidate to not end up with regeret.
