Campus recruitment interview. Interviewer was very casual and interview itself was very conversational. Nothing too technical, mostly behavioral but interviewer does get very impressed if you can state facts about the company that she's not aware of.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in New York, NY (took a day)
The interview took place at my university and was fairly casual. My interviewer was an alum and very nice, asking mostly behavioral questions. However, he did ask some questions about the market and what I would include in my ideal portfolio. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was a worthwhile experience.

Phone interview screening with HR is literally to see if you want to be submitted to the team. Once the team approves, they setup the in office interview. You have to meet with pretty much half the team at the very least as well as a few people from related teams. I interviewed with 12-13 people total for 20 mins each over a span of 3 days. They seem to ask the same questions and then at the end of the process they decide if you are going to be easy to work with yet know your stuff and get stuff done.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation was short because they have a set salary for how many years experience for your title level. Was not able to get even a small increase.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New York, NY (took 4 weeks)
I had an on campus interview first and then have an on site interview.
On campus interview includes resume questions, behavioral questions and one coding test.
On site interview has four one-one interviews. The interviewers ask me data structure, basic c++ and java knowledge, system design and brain teaser questions.
Most questions are not difficult, but I also missed several questions.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Recruiter contacted me asking me to submit my resume after talking to a Campus Rep. After a week, was contacted for an on-campus interview. Following week, was contacted by recruiter to fly up to New York for a Superday. Superday was relatively short, just four 45 minute interviews. Superday was last Friday, so still waiting to hear back.
