Interviewed Mar 2012 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
I had a super day with 4 interviews in a row. They were really friendly and asked a lot of questions about the company so definitely be prepared to know a lot about the company. They asked some technical questions like what would you do if you have 1 million dollars and stuff. There might be a brain teaser too.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
I applied online through my university's website and received an e-mail from HR asking to set up an interview time. I called and set it up. The interview lasted 2 hours on site, half-hour sessions with different managers in the department. It was a very relaxed, conversational interview. I suspect this was mainly because it was for a co-op position and not a full-time position. Had I been interviewing for a full-time position, I would expect it to be with more behavioral, industry questions. A couple weeks later, I received an offer through my university's site.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Wilmington, DE (took 2 days)
The interview consisted of the hiring manager describing the position and asking general questions. The questions were origanizational "fit" type questions. He asked question concerning my database and analytical competence. Afterward, various members of the Portfolio group asked more specific general finance questions concerning stocks, bonds, and options. These questions were followed by some simple finance questions that required some minor computations. Finally, I was asked questions to see how I would react to complaints for protfolio managers. The interview process lasted about two hours.
