Met with a manager for a behavorial interview and then two software engineers for a technical interview. Asked technical conceptual questions, but no coding.

Met a representative at Big East Career Fair. Applied to jobs online and from there I had an interview for about an hour. My limited exposure left me with little more to comment on at least during the interview portion.

Blackbaud takes great care in selecting their new up and coming employees. As a result my interview process consisted of several phone interview, an intelligence test and a day of 1 on 1 interviews with several employees of all different levels. Overall the process is intense but very enjoyable. The people at Blackbaud are very nice and easy to get along with. Blackbaud not only looks for talent but also a great personality and the desire to learn and teach others.
