The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blackboard in June 2009.

Interview

Recruiter contacted me fairly quickly and arranged for several phone interviews followed by a few on-site meetings. Like with any interview try to do some research about the company beforehand as they are incredibly proud of what they do and what they've done.

    Interview

Excellent company to work for. Great teams and leadership. Most people are in the 25 to 45 age group. Mentality is work hard, play hard. Benefits are very good and company really cares about its people so they do whatever it takes to make you happy. Telecommuting options are also available.
