Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
The interview process is a gauntlet that seemed, in retrospect, was a ploy to make working for the company more desirable. They were using the interview tactics of high-demand employers like Microsoft and Amazon. Why I had to interview with the CEO, I'll never know.
They way they conduct interviews is indicative of how they run the company. The C-Level execs are saddled with so many menial tasks that it's a wonder they ever have time to run the company. They are so focused on tasks that could be delegated.
They definitely have an image they want to project about how it's like to work for the company, but they are delusional. It's fear-driven, top-down management all the way no matter how much they say otherwise.

Negotiation Details
Unless you're willing to give your soul to the company and get scolded like a child for arbitrary things at arbitrary times, then look somewhere where they treat you with dignity.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
