Visual Effects Artist Interview

Visual Effects Artist
Irvine, CA

I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Blizzard Entertainment in June 2011.

Interview Details – Expect long delays in applying and getting an interview. Their hiring process is long. After working here internally, I can say that it's not the department that's delaying the hiring process, it is HR and all other dept involved.

From the date you send in application to the day you get a response could be months.

Interview Question – What games do you play? What do you like about them? How would you improve it? If you play WoW, what is one thing you do to improve it? If it's starcraft, what would you do to make it better?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Not much to negotiate, you tell them what you want, they either say yes, or no. You have hundreds waiting in line if you don't take the job. That's how it felt.
