Interviewed Nov 2009 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Firstly, I was contacted by then and was asked which programming language I preferred out of C, C++ and Java. I was then given 3 days to prepare for an online examination. The examination was really hard and was something that I had never encounter as an computer engineer.

I applied it online and got an online test very soon. Within a few days i received email to schedule a phone interview. Basic questions like why bloomberg, then some brian teasers. I was informed to join the on-site interview. Still on the way. I'll keep it updated.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 2 days)
I am a non-cs Major background and was offered to to a online assessment about logic questions, nothing about programming. The next day I recieved an emal about schedueling a 45-min technical phone interview. Not sure what will be covered, but they asked me to get paper and pencil ready for the phone interview... Hope it won't be too bad. They responded really ... really fast.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 2 weeks)
1. University interview : consisted of simple algorithms, coding, and c/c++ language knowledge
2. Onsite interview : one hour good technical intv, half an hour HR, half an hour technical again.
3. They are very quick in their process, very professional. Gave back results in 2 days.
Interviewers mostly concentrated on knowledge of algorithms => sorts, searches, big O, dynamic programming.
They also quiz a lot on language features = c and c++.
Interviewers were very bright, and discussed the question thoroughly, making sure that solution explained by us is actually understood.
They did not go through the projects on resume.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took a day)
After taking a similar IQ test, I got a phone interview a week later. The online test is different for a cs major and a non-cs major. A cs major may have a technical test as the first screen, while a non-cs major will take a test mainly logic and small math problems. At the phone interview, first they went a little review of CV and then jumped from C++ problem to problem solving problem since I am not a cs major.

Interviewed Jul 2007 (took a day)
Did an online skills test that consisted of STL, Polymorphism, constant, pointers and pointer to a constant, exception handling and namespaces, Usual standard C++ stuff. Anyone doing the test just needs to brush up on there C++, these kind of tests can be easy to pass and easy to fail.

Interviewed May 2008 (took 3 weeks)
First round was technical, mostly C and C++, stress on pointers and data strucutures. One general math egg dropping problem. Got a call later saying ur in for round 2. Senior developer grilled for about an hour. Very aggressive and not ready to help or discuss the solution( he asked me to write code ), then 30 mins with a HR . She was totally not interested. No offer, rejection email few days later.
