I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Blue Bird in August 2010.

Interview Details – Well lol blue bird bus company does not really have any sort of process for hourly employees. They will hire a temp as an inspector and put them in a position of federal paperwork and trained to pencil whip the paperwork...no safety test are done, all is pencil whipped...such as emergency exits on the bus

Negotiation Details – no negotiation for a woman the entire dept is suppose to make the same rate other than team leader for inspectors only...however the men make more than an inspector is suppose to make
