Marketing Director Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Blue Casa Communications in February 2009.

Interview Details – Contacted by headhunter, phone interview, 2nd phone interview, 1:1 interview with another intermediary, more follow-up calls. No offer. They seemed very disorganized and working thru headhunters that passed candidates to each other. Each headhunter pushes for their own candidate however all headhunters interview all candidates. Never seen this before. I am glad I didn’t hear back from them.
