I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Blue Cross in April 2009.

Interview Details – Submit application and resume
Go in for testing
If you pass all tests, interview with potential manager
wait for call back

Interview Question – Most difficult part was testing, though I didn't find it all that difficult. Testing seems to be the part most people don't make it through. Tests consists of vocabulary, being able to notice differences, in similar information, being able to understand insurance lingo, and reading comprehension.   Answer Question
