Interview Details – A phonehone call from the HR recruiter will occur to set up testing (cognitive, verbal and math skills). Testing may take half a day, once testing results are compiled, another phone call will occur to set up interview. Interviewing may be a 1:1 interview or 2:1 or a panel. Second interviews are not uncommon.
