Interviewed Feb 2012 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Great interviewing team, extremely down to earth. As soon as you walk into the interview room with the panel they transmit a feeling of tranquility. Most questions were associated with past experiences related to customer service or school related questions.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
I initially applied for an internship position after seeing the position posted on my University's career website. A week after I applied I received a call to set up an in-person interview with 2 of the managers who were hiring interns. The interview went will, but I never received any contact after that. I had to e-mail them to cancel my application since I was offered another internship.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Naperville, IL (took 3 weeks)
Unprofessional
I interviewed for a subsidiary for BCBH; Hallmark Services Corp, for a Lead Position. I took off from work for two interviews, one lasting one hour and the other lasting more than an hour and a half. After each interview, the hiring manager told me that they will be in touch with me by a certain day. Each time I waited passed that day to send a feedback email and still received not feedback. Even after I offered references and the hiring manager called one of my references, I didn’t so much as receive a rejection email. In my opinion, once you’ve call someone’s references you should at least show some common courtesy or at least the professional courtesy of an email or phone call to communicate some feedback. I’ve been manager and lead for more than 15 years and I would never treat a potential applicant that way.
Personally, I think they did me a favor.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
Process consisted of a phone screen first, followed by a phone interview and then in-person interviews. The company was very accomodating of scheduling. Interviewed with a variety of different team members who would be interacting with the position. Found everyone very friendly, knowledgeable about their work, and on point. Overall, very positive interview experience.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 3 weeks)
I was contacted through phone first to see if I was still available at that time since the resume was given to them a month ago. Then couple of days later, I got a short phone discussion regarding the job duty. Then it took another 1+ weeks to schedule a date for the onsite interview. The onsite last for 3 hrs, I met 4 people. 1st from HR, my main contact. 2nd - 4 th all from different "strategic" branch. Asked about formal experience and projects, give a sample situation to solve. People are nice, casual environment. I guess I answered every personal question too "truthful", such as if you have specific interest in health industry. Even if you have more interest in the position than in the industry, tell them YES.
During the entire process, it's so hard to get feedback, you gonna keep calling them to see what's going on. I was told the interview time would be scheduled by Friday, but actually I don't hear back until the following Thursday. In the end, they don't even bother to send me a rejection, just ignored me.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
There were two rounds of interviews. Interviews were based on mainly behavioral questions, resume questions and some basic questions like why actuary, why health, why bcbst, etc. The interviewers were very friendly. I thought I did pretty well, but I didn't get an offer in the end.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 2+ weeks)
A phonehone call from the HR recruiter will occur to set up testing (cognitive, verbal and math skills). Testing may take half a day, once testing results are compiled, another phone call will occur to set up interview. Interviewing may be a 1:1 interview or 2:1 or a panel. Second interviews are not uncommon.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 4 weeks)
The company took a long time (2 months) to contact me after I originally applied. After that, there was 1 phone interview, and then a few weeks later, I had a 1/2 set of in person interviews. All were behavioral, with some analytical questions. Everyone seemed very competent and passionate about the company.
